Operation:
The fountain is turned on/off with the button on the left. The soft night light mode can be toggled with the right button.

Does it come with replacement filters?
It comes with a replacement filter included. But it needs to be changed after 3-4 weeks. Replacement water filters can be purchased HERE. Note: These are standardizeds square water filters that can be used for most cat fountains. They are widely available online as well.

Filter replacement instructions:
A yellow light will flash to remind you to change a new filter. After placing the filter, reset the fountain by pressing the left and right buttons together. The replaceable filters are inexpensive and remove chlorine and other organic contaminants. Replace filter every 3-4 weeks to keep water fresh. A red light lights up to remind you to full it up when it runs out of water.
